Hilton Worldwide and Hilton Hotels & Resorts have signed a management contract with Lee Shun Kun, chairman of the Clark Sunvalley Resort, to build and jointly manage the Hilton Clark Sunvalley Resort in the Philippines.
Hilton Clark Sunvalley Resort is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2017, the Hilton group said in a statement on Tuesday. This would strengthen Hilton Worldwide’s Philippine presence which includes Conrad Manila and Hilton Manila, the group said. The resort will be part of a mixed-use development with a casino, a fully operating 36-hole golf course, a water park, an international school, and residential villas. |
